HOME BREWERY
Sixteen
Tons pub-restaurant has its own brewery making beer from natural
primary materials: malt, hop and yeast. We use the finest
sorts of these materials exported from England. Our beer is
prepared exclusively for our clients. The recipe is patented;
it won the highest acclaims at numerous competitions. We make
beer basing on the classical technology of English ales without
sugar, preservatives and stabilizers; our beer is unfiltered.
Note that bottled beer and even beer from the wood made industrially
is usually filtered and pasteurized. This allows to store
it for a long time and to convey it; however, such beer can
hardly be called a natural product. This is why only home
breweries like ours can give you a feeling of "the beer's
body", as brewers say. Besides, lately nearly all kinds
of beer contain sugar which serves to raise alc.% in the beer;
it adds some unnatural spirituous nuances to the taste. Unlike
filtered beer, our unfiltered product contains useful microelements,
vitamins and ferments. Unfiltered beer improves digestion,
increases working efficiency and improves health in general.
In ancient Sparta, sportsmen drank unfiltered beer as an invigorant.
The whole technological process from A to Z takes place in
the same room. Thus we minimize different stages of sifonage,
decantation and interfusion that spoil the beer's natural
taste.
We make two sorts of beer: special lager and double dark.
Light sorts of malt and aromatic hop give a refreshing impression
of a soft drink. Caramel and burnt malt in double dark beer
create an unforgettable deep taste, while bitter sorts of
hop make the drink austere and strong. The beer is kept in
mash-tubs for several months, gaining every possible nuance
of taste and smell. Such beer has a special amber glimmering
that becomes visible if you look at the light through the
drink.
We
are proud of our beer. It is the result of practical experiments
and technological discoveries that took several years, a recherchй
drink for real gourmets.
What is more, our beer will not cause any unpleasant symptoms
the next day. You will keep only good memories about the night
spent in our pub, due to high quality primary materials, filtered
water used in the brewery, strict observance of all technological
rules - and the brewers' love for their work, of course.
